Unified Congregation Choir

Welcome to our choir, where we love to make a joyful noise together! We are a volunteer group of singers from Rodef Shalom Congregation and Temple Sinai. Our members come from many different religious and musical backgrounds. The choir sings at services approximately once a month.  We currently meet most Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM, preparing to sing at upcoming Shabbat and holiday services.

Members do not need to be able to read music or read Hebrew. Rodef Shira sings music in four or more parts: Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass. There is no audition to become a member, though singers may be asked to do a short voice placement if they are unsure of what part to sing.

If you’re interested in joining our choir, contact Cantor David Reinwald at cantorreinwald@rodefshalom.org or 412.621.6566 ext.121.
