Tony Richardson, Spiritual Care Coordinator for Allegheny Health Network’s Healthcare@Home program, will provide insights on end-of-life planning, including hospice care and related services. A longtime member of the Allegheny Health Network team, he brings extensive experience supporting patients and families through complex decisions. He will explain what to prepare, what to expect, and how to navigate hospice eligibility and services, while also highlighting Healthcare@Home’s personalized, in-home care model. A recipient of Volunteer of the Year honors from Rodef Shalom Congregation, he combines professional expertise with a deep commitment to compassionate care.
