I'm Jewish! Now what?!
This cohort experience is designed for Rodef Shalom members up to age 35 who want to build Jewish practice skills, make connections, and grow relationships.

Details:
Participants will broaden textual knowledge while simultaneously focusing on the ‘how-to’ aspects of Jewish celebration. Course instructor Rabbi Danielle Leshaw will encourage (and assist) participants in hosting Shabbat dinners and holiday celebrations in their homes, helping them move towards greater comfort levels, try new rituals in the presence of community, and to invest more fully in building creative Jewish lives.
Rodef Shalom will support participants that choose to host with a small grant for Shabbat and holiday meal preparation.
The formal program will consist of four Monday night sessions at Rodef Shalom (October 2022 - May 2023). Two fall sessions will focus on Shabbat, and two winter/spring sessions will focus on Purim and Passover.
Each session will be 90 minutes, from 7 PM - 8:30 PM.
