Gain a better understanding of how to identify anxiety and how to respond to your child's symptoms. Learn the introductory principles of SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), an evidence-based treatment developed at Yale University. Walk away with concrete strategies for making simple shifts in your own behavior that can lead to significant changes in your children, and ultimately, create a more peaceful and cooperative household. While the program is geared towards parents of college-aged youth, the information is applicable to children of all ages.
