Purim Shpiel

Esther in TV Land offers a slice of nostalgia to go with your hamentashen this Purim, making it the Must-See-TV event of 5786! It transports the classic Megillah story into the golden age of television, featuring beloved characters like Esther, Mordechai, and the villainous Haman, all navigating on a Shushan Studios set filled with dozens of iconic sitcom references. 

The congregation will be particularly delighted by show-stopping musical parodies, beginning with a Very Brady Welcome and culminating with a Friends-themed finale. Along the way, you'll meet The Golden Girls, Laverne and  Shirley, and a SpongeBob surprise. It’s a "crossover event of faith and destiny" that promises laughter, catchy tunes, and a Bazinga! ending that would make even Haman crack a smile.
