New Mask Policy for Rodef Shalom Congregation
As we continue to deal with COVID-19 infections and with a commitment to the health and safety of our community, the Safety and Security Committee of Rodef Shalom Congregation has instituted new guidelines for the wearing of masks in our facility.
Effective immediately, Rodef Shalom will use the color-coding of infection rates from the Allegheny County Health Department to guide masking requirements.
If the status is green/low, mask-wearing in the Rodef Shalom building is optional.
If the status is yellow/medium, masks are required in services and strongly encouraged throughout the building.
If the status rises to orange/high, masks are required in all areas.
If/when Allegheny County changes the status, we will post the change on the homepage of our website and on the RSC Facebook page. We encourage you to check those sources before coming to Rodef Shalom in person.
Other congregations, programs, and tenants with their home at Rodef Shalom may make their own decisions as to masking in their offices and activities, however, those additional, different policies may not be more lenient than that of Rodef Shalom.
Thank you for helping us keep our community healthy.
